Athlete:
I played hockey competitively for 12 years, reaching Junior B with the Komoka Kings. Today, I enjoy the game recreationally along with weight training and staying active.

Student:
I recently graduated in 2025 from the University of Western Ontario with a Business Degree specializing in Human Resources, and plan to apply to Teachers College for Fall 2026.

Trainer:
I began training my younger brothers in our garage, both of whom went on to play in the OHL with the Soo Greyhounds. Since then, my business has grown to working with athletes from age 8 to NCAA and OHL players, helping them build confidence and develop their game.
